The Biggest & Most Dazzling Tech Event in CEPTES’ History
We witnessed the incredible liveliness of a tech event! After the much-awaited waiting for a year, we painted the walls of CEPTES with vibrant colors to create vivid memories and vogue with our peers. Hosted the first day as a pure tech event that was filled with insightful sessions of different departments and the second day as a fun-filled family gathering, AIKYAM 2023 created an epic chapter in our history.
For the first time ever, we hosted a demo jam competition between our teams in our courtyard! Pitch Fest was a golden chance for different departments of our organization to showcase particular CEPTES products in the most exciting way by strictly staying within guidelines. Exceeding expectations, CEPTESIANS put their vim and vigor to the ground and presented their products in the most qualifying way. Yet, it was Team Marketing that wore the crown.
We announced a new addition to our family! AIKYAM was the stage for welcoming our new family member BaAr to the home of DataArchiva. Inspired by the enchanting Dart frog of the Amazon Rain Forest, we gave life to our much-awaited mascot for DataArchiva with the name BaAr, a combination of Backup and Archive. Blowing CEPTESIANS away, BaAr made a grand entry to the heart of CEPTES that electrified the mood of AIKYAM!
In a breathtaking display of brilliance, the varied departments of CEPTES left us awestruck with their visionary strategies. The curtain was raised by our CEO and Co-founder, Harish Kumar, setting the stage ablaze with inspiration. As the baton was passed to the teams, including the captivating performances of Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, and Resource and Development, we were treated to a feast of invaluable insights. Each department shared their milestones from the past year and unveiled their audacious targets for the future, leaving us spellbound with their limitless potential.
