Below is the license period and cancellation-related information for DataArchiva.
The licenses will be valid for a period of one year from the purchase/production installation date of DataArchiva. The licenses would be automatically renewed for the next annual year.
Customer may terminate this agreement and/or order upon not less than Sixty (60) days prior written notice before the next annual renewal.
