After receiving the Partner Innovation Award in 2022 for the Trailblazer – Innovation category for ISV, we doubled the joy & recognition this time and won two awards in the Emerging Technology – Customer 360 & Industries – Communications categories for ISV. DataArchiva: The Journey to a Salesforce Partner Innovation Award Winner

The Story Behind the PIA Recognition
In the last one year, DataArchiva has developed its footprint in new territories as well as industries. Among those industries, Communications is one of the most noteworthy sectors where multiple enterprises have implemented our data management platform to meet their complex data management goals in Salesforce.
Now talking about this year’s PIA award-winning story, we would like to thank our esteemed customer Awards Network from the US who trusted our application & implemented it for Salesforce native data archiving.
Awards Network has been using Salesforce sales and service cloud applications for workflow automation. With a rapidly growing business, they were generating a large volume of data from multiple sources. This unmanaged data growth has become one of the biggest obstacles for them in terms of maximizing their Salesforce ROI & using the apps to their full potential. Some of the key challenges they faced were; data storage limitations, degrading application performance, and losing efficiency.
They considered multiple archiving applications & found DataArchiva as the perfect fit. The archiving job was set on a monthly basis & a specific volume of historical data was queued to get automatically archived. DataArchiva also met Award Network’s criteria-based archiving needs & automated archiving of a specific set of objects once they get 3 years old.

- They were able to save high data storage costs (80% cost savings), which they would have paid towards purchasing additional storage space.
- As the unwanted data were archived, it helped the customer clean up the storage space in order to enhance overall application performance by 2X.
